Your profile contains your personal account details and sign-in preferences. Every user has a profile, regardless of their role. Use this section to update your contact information, adjust display preferences, change your account email, or turn Ora or the Beginner guide view on or off.
Go to Account (the avatar at the top of the page), and then select My profile to update your contact information (name, email address, company, job title, and phone number).
You can change your account email to any business address not currently linked to an active integrator.io account. If the desired email is already tied to another account you own, you must change that account's email first to free up the address.
Caution
Personal addresses such as @gmail.com or @yahoo.com are not accepted.

Next to the Email box, select Edit

Enter your new email address and your current account password, then select Change email.

Celigo sends a confirmation email to the new address.

Password reset emails are sent from noreply@celigo.com. To ensure you receive these messages, you or your IT team may need to add @celigo.com to your allow list.
Go to Account (the avatar icon at the top of the page), select My profile, and then select Preferences from the left side of the page (or scroll down) to set your preferred time zone, and date and time formats.
Set your preferred time zone. Your time zone setting controls how dates and times display across your account. They are also used when you schedule integration flows, ensuring they run at the correct local time. If you do not specify a time zone, flow schedules will assume UTC.

Important note on Daylight Saving Time (DST)
The Celigo flow scheduler does not automatically adjust for DST.

When clocks fall back - A flow scheduled during the repeated hour will execute twice (for example, running at 1:30 AM, and running again at 1:30 AM when the clock reverts from 2:00 AM to 1:00 AM).

When clocks spring forward - A flow scheduled during the skipped hour will not execute and will be skipped until the following day (for example, if the clock advances directly from 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM, a 2:30 AM flow will not run).
Choose how you want dates and times to appear in integrator.io. You can select a number of date formats and choose to show time in 12 hour (AM/PM) or 24 hour (military/international) time.
Check the Relative timestamps box to display time as elapsed duration (for example, "4 hours ago") across all dashboards and resource tables, rather than as an absolute date and time (for example, 2026-06-23 2:27:49 PM).
