The "NetSuite Inventory to BigCommerce Inventory Add/Update" flow exports an item’s “Quantity Available” from NetSuite to the corresponding item in BigCommerce and links the BigCommerce Product ID with the corresponding NetSuite item. This flow runs on a batch basis.
When you run the "NetSuite Inventory to BigCommerce Inventory Add/Update" flow and if the flow is in the delta mode and the Always sync inventory levels for entire catalog setting is unchecked, you can select a start date to pull the historical data. On the pop-up window, you can either select:
- Automatic: Choose this option to process and sync data from the last flow run time.
- Custom: Choose this option to select a custom start date and time from when you wish to process and sync data.
Multi-Location Inventory
The Inventory Export flow supports standard NetSuite inventory management along with multi-location inventory management. If you use a multi-location inventory, the integration app adds the quantity available for each location and sends the total quantity available to BigCommerce.
This flow does not export the item record; it only exports data in the “Quantity Available” field.
For the BigCommerce - NetSuite integration app starter (previously "standard") edition, item records must be manually created and configured in both systems. The creation and configuration of items in NetSuite and/or BigCommerce must be done by the Client and is excluded from the scope of this work. Kit items are not supported.
