Prerequisites for Shopify - NetSuite Integration App Item Sync

Items created in NetSuite are exported to Shopify in batch flows or can be configured to be exported in scheduled intervals. The settings are configured in the integrator.io dashboard. Before running the item export flow, item pricing information must be completed as a prerequisite.

Prerequisites

• Set up Price level information and enable the item export flow on IO:

Search for the Item Export Flow record in NetSuite as shown in the example. Add Price Level information to the record.

In the Item export flow record, under the ‘Criteria’ section, add the standard values in ‘Filter’ and ‘Description’.

Select ‘Pricing Field’.

Select ‘Pricing Level’ filter.

Add Price Level. In this example 5% Discount level is selected.

The values are displayed in the record. Save the record. This completes the prerequisites to configure pricing level in NetSuite to perform Item export.
