In your integrator.io account, navigate to the Shopify - NetSuite Integration App tile in the dashboard. Hover over the Integration App tile and click the gear icon to open the "Settings" page.
In the Settings > Order section, click the Settings as shown to view the 'Map Payment Methods' setting.
The section expands to display the settings for both Shopify and NetSuite Payment Methods.
In the Shopify Payment Method section, click on the row below the label and enter the desired value.
Similarly, select a value in the NetSuite Payment Method drop-down menu. If no data is yet visible, click the 'Refresh' icon to fetch the values from NetSuite.
After creating the mapping, Save the settings.
- Fail if Unique Match Not Found
- This option is selected by default & used by most of our customers. Enabling this setting means the order processing would fail if an exact match is not found for the Payment Method in NetSuite for the corresponding value from the eCommerce platform or the online marketplace.
- When you deselect the checkbox, new options are displayed that allow you to post the order to NetSuite even if an exact match is not found.
- Default Lookup Value
- You can also provide a default value for the NetSuite "Payment Method" field here in case no match is found in the lookup table.
