EXPORT SALES ORDER AND RMA DETAILS (NetSuite to Zendesk Support)
The Customer’s Sales Order and RMA details export flow provides details of the recent Sales Order and RMAs associated with a NetSuite Customer in Zendesk This user can choose how many recent Sales Order and RMA (Return Materials Authorization) details they want to see in Zendesk. This information is shown in the sidebar app in Zendesk. RMAs generated both from Sales Orders and Invoices are supported.
This is a batch flow and the frequency for running it can be configured.
Note: This information is read only and no action can be taken on the Sales Order or RMA from within Zendesk.
Sales order sync from NetSuite to Zendesk Support
Sales order flow is part of the Financials Sync data flow. Sales order information created in NetSuite is made visible in Zendesk in the following forms: Ticket, Organization, Users.
Run the flow to push the sales order from NetSuite to Zendesk Support.
A NetSuite section is created in Zendesk. The sales order is visible in Zendesk org, tickets and users section. Click the sales order link to view the details.
Sales order details are displayed in a table. Even the RMA details are displayed.
Click on the individual sales order to view further details. To view the sales order in NetSuite, click the sales order number.
A return authorization form, also known as a return materials authorization (RMA), is a record of expected customer returns. The return authorization holds information about the items you expect a customer to return, such as the item number and/or vendor item number and the quantity being returned. The authorization also tracks the price of items being returned which determines the amount to be credited or refunded to the customer.
RMA Sync data flow in integrator.io
RMA Sync is part of the Sales Order data flow sync. From the Advanced Settings section, you can also set up the number of RMAs to sync.
Sales Orders from NetSuite are synced with Zendesk Organizations and also with Zendesk users.
