Many users need help uninstalling integration apps when they encounter errors due to an offline NetSuite connection. The NetSuite connection status step enhances the resolution process. This step prompts you to reconfigure the NetSuite connection. If you choose not to bring the connection online, the uninstallation will proceed, disregarding any errors related to deleting or deactivating NetSuite records. This approach ensures a smoother uninstallation process with offline NetSuite connections.
The functionality of the NetSuite connection status step is detailed below based on various conditions.

Sign in to your integrator.io account and navigate to your integration app tile.

Navigate to Admin > Uninstall. The Uninstall tab appears.

Click the All Shopify Stores setting at the top right corner and select the required store you want to uninstall.

Click Uninstall to initiate the uninstallation process.

In the NetSuite connection status step, click Uninstall. This step will evaluate the conditions for uninstall.
