Included in the April ’22 release While installing Shopify – NetSuite, set up your integration app by configuring the required settings using the Quickstart configuration window.

On the Shopify – NetSuite integration app installation page, on the Quickstart configuration window, choose either Configure now or Configure later.
Note: Other than the quickstart configuration wizard settings, if there are any other settings/mappings required to be configured or updated such as saved searches or subsidiary mappings, it is required to configure these manually after the integration app is successfully installed.

If you choose Configure later, you’ll be redirected to the Flows page on the successful installation of the integration app

If you choose to Configure now continue to configure the settings as per your business requirements.
Configure order
- Sync web orders to NetSuite based on the Shopify order status: You can sync the web orders to NetSuite based on the Shopify order status such as authorized, captured, and fulfilled. To understand more about these order statuses refer to the Prerequisite settings to run order flow section in the Sync orders and customers from Shopify to NetSuite article.
- Using the scheduled order flow, sync Shopify orders to NetSuite as: You can choose one of the options to sync all Shopify orders, either as sales orders or cash sales to NetSuite.
Configure location

Map NetSuite locations with Shopify locations: Map NetSuite locations to the corresponding Shopify locations. You can choose to map locations as one-to-one or many-to-one (map a group of NetSuite locations to a single Shopify location). If you have only a single location set up in Shopify to which all of your NetSuite locations are mapped, then select it from the Select a default Shopify location list.
Note: In the Map NetSuite locations with Shopify locations setting, in Shopify location, instead of the location name, the location ID is populated. This is a known defect and will be fixed in the upcoming Shopify - NetSuite release. -
Select a default Shopify location: If you have a single location set up in your Shopify store to which all your NetSuite locations are mapped, you can select the location in this setting.
Note: You must either map one or many locations or provide a default Shopify location.

Identify the location name for the respective location ID
As the Shopify location is populating the location ID, here is the workaround to identify the location name for the respective location ID:

You can compare the location ID to the options in the Select a default Shopify location drop-down menu.

You can identify it from the location JSON.
- In the web browser, enter https://<test-celigo-payout->.myshopify.com/admin/locations.json.
- Replace <test-celigo-payout-> with your Shopify store name
- Click Enter

On the Locations JSON page, as highlighted below in the screenshot, you can find the location name for the respective location ID
Configure shipping
- Map ship methods: Map the shipping methods between Shopify and NetSuite. You can configure a one-to-one or many-to-one mapping (map a group of Shopify shipping methods to a single NetSuite shipping method). If you have only a single shipping method set up in NetSuite to which all of your Shopify shipping methods are mapped, then select it from the Select a default NetSuite ship method list.

Select a default NetSuite ship method: If you have a single ship method to which all your NetSuite ship methods are mapped, you can select the shipping method in this setting.
Note: You must either map one or many ship methods or provide a default NetSuite ship method.

Configure payment
- Map payment methods: Map the payment methods between Shopify and NetSuite.You can configure one-to-one or many-to-one mapping (map a group of Shopify payment methods to a single NetSuite payment method). If you have only a single payment method set up in NetSuite to which all of your Shopify payment methods are mapped, then select it from the Select a default NetSuite payment method list.

Select a default NetSuite payment method: If you have a single payment method to which all your NetSuite payment methods are mapped, you can select the payment method in this setting.
Note: You must either map one or many payment methods or provide a default NetSuite payment method.

Configure discount

Sync Shopify cart level discounts to NetSuite as: Choose a handling method to sync the Shopify cart-level discounts to NetSuite sales order at the order header level.
- Promotion: If you maintain a 1:1 match between the promotion codes in NetSuite and Shopify.
- Discount item (recommended): If you do not maintain a 1:1 match between the coupon codes in NetSuite and Shopify and want to track all the cart-level discounts against a single default item in NetSuite.
- Coupon code: If you maintain a 1:1 match between the coupon codes in NetSuite and Shopify.

NetSuite discount item to track Shopify cart discounts *: Choose a NetSuite discount item against which all the cart-level discounts are synced. The selected item is added at the order header level in NetSuite, and the discount code is synced in the “Shopify Discount Code” custom field.
Note: This setting is applicable only if you select the Discount item (recommended) option in the Sync Shopify cart level discounts to NetSuite as setting. - Sync Shopify line-level discounts to NetSuite as: Choose an option to sync the Shopify line-level discounts either as an adjustment to the item list price or as a new line below the original line (recommended). All line-level discounts are added at the order line level in NetSuite.

NetSuite discount item to track Shopify line discounts *: Choose a NetSuite discount item against which all line-level discounts are synced. The item-based promotions are reflected as a separate line item in the NetSuite sales transactions, below the original line item.
Note: This setting is applicable only if you select the New line below the original line (recommended) option in the Sync Shopify line-level discounts to NetSuite as setting.

Configure tax
- Sync sales tax to NetSuite as*: Choose an option to sync sales tax to NetSuite. Specify your preference for mapping tax totals between NetSuite and Shopify. The leading practice is to overwrite the NetSuite tax totals with values from Shopify.
- Default tax code or group when no match is found in NetSuite *: Enter the internal ID of a taxable NetSuite tax code or tax group. The tax code or group you enter in this setting is applied to every order and the order line when no matching tax code or group is found in NetSuite. You can either create a tax code and tax group or use an existing one set up in your NetSuite account at Setup > Accounting > Taxes (Tax Codes).
Note: This setting is applicable only if you select the Overwrite taxes with Shopify tax amounts option in the Sync sales tax to NetSuite as* setting
- NetSuite item to track Shopify order taxes as a line item *: Choose a NetSuite item to track your Shopify order total sales tax. The selected item is added as a line item on the NetSuite sales order. In NetSuite, be sure to create the item either as a non-inventory, payment, or other charges.
Note: The setting is applicable only if you select the Add total tax against a single line item on the order option in the Sync sales tax to NetSuite as* setting
