Set up a connection to Aircall

Aircall is a cloud-based phone system designed to help businesses manage and optimize their communication and customer support operations.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required *authentication settings:

Name your connection * 

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

Auth type * 

Select your Aircall account authentication type (either Basic or OAuth 2.0).

API ID * (for basic authentication)

Enter your Aircall API ID.

How to retrieve the API ID 

API token *  (for basic authentication)

Enter your Aircall API token.

Multiple layers of protection, including AES 256 encryption, are in place to keep your API token safe. When editing this connection, you must re-enter this value each time; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.

How to retrieve the API token 

Client ID * (for OAuth 2.0 authentication)

Enter your Aircall client ID. To obtain the client ID, contact Aircall support.

Client secret * (for OAuth 2.0 authentication)

Enter your Aircall client secret. To obtain the client secret, contact Aircall support.

How to retrieve the API ID and API token

  1. Sign in to your Aircall account.

  2. Navigate to Integrations and API > API keys.

  3. Click Generate an API key.

  4. Enter a Key name.

  5. Copy the API ID.

  6. Copy the API token.

  7. Click Confirm.
