We've improved the process for inserting fields and helpers in the middle of handlebars expressions. Now, when you select a field or helper from the drop-down list, the existing text will be preserved and shifted to the right, rather than being overwritten. This update ensures a smoother, more intuitive experience, allowing you to build expressions faster without the need for manual corrections.
You’ll also see automatic closing brackets when needed, saving you extra steps. This enhancement helps minimize errors and keeps your workflow efficient.
You can now drag and drop flow steps within branched flows, just like in linear flows. This update lets you easily rearrange bubbles without the need to delete and reconfigure them. All associated tools, such as mappings and filters, move along with the bubble, preserving your configurations.
Additionally, if you move a step out of a branch, the branch itself remains intact, maintaining its rules and logic. This enhancement reduces manual work, saves time, and simplifies the process of organizing complex flows.
You can now access key execution information throughout all AFEs in your flows, giving you the ability to enhance data records and improve your tracking capabilities. This new functionality allows for better reporting and analytics by providing insights into flow run details. With this update, you'll have greater visibility into your integration processes, enabling more efficient data analysis and decision-making.

We’ve made several improvements to the Celigo AI interface to enhance usability:
Resource descriptions UX improvements
-
The description icon has been updated across the platform to prevent confusion with drag-and-drop functionality. This ensures a clearer interface, particularly in Flow builder and resource list views.
-
To improve readability, long user descriptions (over 5 lines) will now have a maximum height and a vertical scroll bar. This change keeps descriptions compact and easy to manage, even when they’re detailed.
AI editors in code assistants UX improvements
-
The input field for Celigo AI now has a white background to align with the rest of the product, clearly indicating where user input is expected. The response field has been changed to gray to differentiate it.
-
We’ve removed the “?” help icon next to the Celigo AI label, making it easier to focus on the main input field without distractions.
-
Amazon is in the process of deprecating several of their API endpoints. To help you prepare for these changes, Celigo will now label any Amazon endpoint slated for deprecation as "soon to be deprecated" within the platform. We recommend reviewing Amazon's API documentation to see their full deprecation schedule and to identify any necessary migration to new endpoints. Please make sure to plan your updates accordingly to avoid disruptions to your integrations. More information can be found in Amazon’s documentation.
We’ve introduced several key improvements to the EDI Dashboard in B2B Manager to enhance usability and data analysis:
-
Search functionality: A search box has been added, allowing you to search records by Document ID, Sender ID, or Receiver ID. Document ID is the default search field.
-
New filters: In addition to FA Status, you can now filter data by Doc Type, Direction, and File Type, with an easy option to clear filters and return to the full dataset.
-
Increased page size: The default page size has been increased from 50 to 100, reducing the need for excessive navigation across multiple pages.
-
Fixed column headers: Column headers are now fixed, so you can always see which field you are viewing as you scroll through your data.
These updates make it easier to search, filter, and navigate the EDI Dashboard, improving overall efficiency and clarity.
Note
B2B Manager is currently only available in North America, with plans to release in EMEA in the future.
