Shared infrastructure upgrades are applied on a standard schedule for all public cloud customers, but Celigo Private Cloud lets you plan, coordinate, and schedule updates to minimize disruptions and align with your operational priorities.

Celigo provides advance notice of upcoming maintenance and upgrades including detailed information on changes and actions to take in terms of testing and preparation for new features. You can request specific maintenance windows and coordinate update schedules with Celigo within the allowed upgrade window. You can also test upgrades in sandbox or non-production environments to validate changes before deployment.

Best practices for managing upgrades

  • Plan ahead: Coordinate with Celigo support to define a maintenance schedule that aligns with your organization’s needs. 

    Note

    Upgrades and maintenance must be applied within 60 days of when the public cloud rollout is made available.

  • Leverage notifications: Monitor upgrade notifications to stay informed about upcoming changes and potential impacts on your workflows.

  • Test early: Validate new features or updates in a sandbox environment to ensure compatibility with your existing automation flows.

  • Communicate internally: Inform your team of scheduled upgrades and any downtime or changes to processes that may occur.
