Get started with Celigo Private Cloud

Make the following preliminary decisions before requesting your instance of Celigo Private Cloud:

  1. Confirm your subscription: Work with your Celigo account representative to finalize your subscription details for Celigo Private Cloud, including region preferences, storage, and expected workloads. Verify your subscription includes any add-ons or configurations required for your automation workflows.

  2. Identify key contacts: Assign administrative roles within your organization (such as a primary technical contact and an account administrator) to coordinate with the Celigo team during the setup process.

  3. Set up your network: Prepare your network for secure connectivity, including VPN setup or IP whitelisting, if required.

Request a Celigo Private Cloud dedicated instance

Use the following steps to request a dedicated instance:

  1. Contact your account manager or submit a request through the Celigo Support Portal to initiate the provisioning of your dedicated instance.

  2. Coordinate and confirm the deployment timeline with your account manager.

  3. Once your instance is live, you will receive credentials to securely access your dedicated instance. Set up administrative users first so that they can oversee configurations. Work with your Celigo account representative to configure user roles and permissions, security settings (like VPN and IP whitelisting), and flow migrations or new workflow setups.

  4. Run tests in your dedicated instance to validate configurations and verify that all workflows are functioning as expected. Use Celigo’s sandbox (if applicable) for staging changes before applying them to production.

Best practices for a smooth start

Make sure that your technical and operational teams are ready to manage and leverage the new environment effectively by participating in onboarding sessions with Celigo experts to ensure your team understands how to manage, monitor, and optimize the dedicated instance. Verify that all team members can access training materials and documentation to get familiar with your new environment.
