This article explains how to add, manage, or remove user access to your Celigo integrator.io account or environments within your account, if you have production and non-production environments. An account owner or administrator (admin) can add users, remove users, or change user permissions. You can delete your account if you no longer use the Celigo platform.
An account owner or admin can grant invitations permission to non-admins (users with manage or monitor roles) so that they can invite others to an integration with a role that is the same or less than theirs. The Invitations feature is enabled, by default, in new accounts. As required, the admin can disable/enable it.
An account owner or admin can also grant Celigo Support access permission to non-admins so that they can give Celigo Support access, if required, for troubleshooting issues. They can also revoke/disable access.
The sections below provide tasks that the account owner/admins and non-admins can perform for users in an account.
You can invite and manage users with different roles and permissions to your account. Based on your requirements, delete users or in rare instances, delete account.

At the top right, click + Invite user.

Note
Users must set up a profile with their email address to access any account in that domain. If a user must access a US integrator.io account AND an EU integrator.io account (eu.integrator.io), they must create a profile associated with their email address in both domains.
-
If you invite a user who does not yet have an existing Celigo account, the link will take them to the integrator.io sign up page. After they create their profile, they will have access the account you invited them to.
