Setting up an EDI profile just got easier! You can now upload a sample EDI file (EDI X12 or EDIFACT) in B2B Manager, and the system will automatically analyze the file to detect its structure and prefill key profile fields for you.
This enhancement dramatically reduces manual setup steps, minimizes configuration errors, and speeds up the onboarding process—especially for users who may not be EDI experts. With automated field population, you can move from setup to testing your first transaction in minutes.

Download files from the EDI activity dashboard
You can download EDI X12 & EDIFACT inbound and outbound flows in your account as a CSV file for local storage and offline access. In the Documents view of the EDI activity dashboard ( Home+Dashboard+EDI activity), click the download button and easily get the data for a specific data range.
Note: Filter options do not apply when you download the data.
Entitlement count for EDIFACT documents
When you transmit EDIFACT or EDI X12 documents, they are counted towards your entitlements based on the document type. To get a better understanding of your entitlements and their count, see B2B Manager licensing tiers.
Try the new B2B Manager template
A new template, NetSuite procure to pay: EDI for B2B Manager, is available in the Celigo Marketplace ( Home+Marketplace). In the Marketplace page, enter "b2b" in the search box to quickly find and download the template. The template will make it easy to get started and streamline the process of acquiring goods & services.

Repositioning Composite delimiter - EDIFACT
We've refactored how composite delimiters are handled in File Definition Rules (FDRs) for version 2. Previously, composite delimiters (e.g., ":") were defined redundantly within each element’s value block. Going forward, for FDRs with version 2 using delimited/EDIFACT or delimited/X12 formats, the composite delimiter must now be defined globally at the header, along with the other delimiters. This change simplifies configuration, improves maintainability, and makes it easier for users to update the delimiter in a single place instead of multiple scattered locations. This update has been validated for both EDIFACT and X12 formats. FDRs with version 1 remain unchanged to ensure backward compatibility, and parsing behavior is preserved.

Generate functional acknowledgement using a VAN connection and monitor all the FA statuses in the EDI activity dashboard. With this functional acknowledgement monitoring, you can see the error details and confirm receipt statuses. For more information, see Functional acknowledgment.
