Zoho Desk is an online customer service help desk software that simplifies customer service operations, improves agent productivity, and delivers lasting customer experiences.
After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Enter your Zoho Desk organization ID. |

Scopes are OAuth 2.0 permissions that Zoho Desk defines to limit access to your account. |

Sign in to your Zoho Desk account.

Navigate to Setup > Developer space > API > API authentication.

Copy the Org ID.
