The Zendesk - NetSuite integration app is now renamed to “Zendesk Support - NetSuite integration app”. You can find the changes in the:

What’s fixed

Last Zendesk Comment ID type displays integer value

The “Last Zendesk Comment ID” field on NetSuite support case form is now changed to integer, thus comment ID in NetSuite will display in integer format which will now fix the exponential value.
