Select a region.

Choose North America or Europe. Each data hosting center and its corresponding Celigo platform regional domain (URL) is completely self-contained and independent. Your account is specific to that domain.

Select Sign up with Google, or enter the required information. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and select Continue.

Check your email inbox. The Celigo confirmation email contains a unique URL that you can visit to activate your account.

Create and confirm your password. (Passwords must be 10–100 characters long, contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter, and include at least one number.)

Sign in to your new account and get started with Celigo.
The following access policies help to keep your account secure:

Password strength requirements - Must be 10–100 characters long, contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter, and include at least one number.

Password history limits - Must not match any of your 20 previous passwords when creating a new password.

Sign-in attempt limits - Restricts access by temporarily locking your account for roughly 7 minutes after 10 consecutive unsuccessful sign-in attempts with the same email ID. Sign in using the correct account credentials, or reset your password using the Forgot password? option.

User session timeouts - Ends your session automatically if your account remains inactive for more than one hour, or if you sign in from a different device or browser.

Subscription ownership and transfers - Subscriptions are registered to a single account owner, and licenses cannot be transferred between different accounts.
