Move flows to or from an integration

Use this article to move flows between integrations. Orphaned flows are moved to an integration called Standalone Flows.

You can also view and manage all your flows across integrations from Build > Flows in the left navigation.

Note

  • Standalone flows: flows previously created without an integration (identifiable by integrations/none/flows in the URL) — are no longer supported. All existing standalone flows have been automatically migrated to an integration called Standalone Flows. No action is required on your part.
  • If you try to edit, enable, or disable a flow and see the error “Standalone flows are no longer supported. Attach the flow to an integration.”, the flow is not currently part of an integration and cannot be managed directly. To resolve this, open or create an integration, select the Actions (...) menu, and choose Attach flows (or use Move) to add the affected flow to the integration. Once the flow is attached to an integration, you can use its Off/On toggle or the Actions (...) menu to edit, enable, or disable it. Celigo has migrated affected accounts by placing former standalone flows in the Standalone Flows integration, allowing them to continue working as before. If you still see this error after the migration, contact Celigo Support for assistance.

Prerequisites

You need Manage access on the integration where you want to attach the flow. If the Move option is not available, you have Monitor-only access.

Move flows between integrations

You can move a flow between two integrations. You can always move a flow back to its original integration if needed.

  1. Open the integration that contains the flow you want to move. You can also access flows across all integrations from Build > Flows in the left navigation.
  2. Select the Actions (...) icon for the flow, then select Move.
  3. Select an existing integration or create a new integration.
