Move a flow from one integration to another when you want to reorganize your flows. The flow's own settings and the configuration of every step in it (including export and import settings) carry over with the move, and you can move the flow back to its original integration at any time.
To create a copy of a flow in another integration instead of moving it, see Clone integrations and resources.
Prerequisites
- You must have Manage access to both the source integration and the destination integration. If you have only Monitor access to either one, Move flow is not available.
- Flows in integration apps can't be moved.
- The Standalone Flows integration can't be selected as a destination.
Move a flow
- Open the integration that contains the flow you want to move, and select Flows from the top of the integration.
- Select Actions (...) next to the flow, and then select Move flow.
- Select Move to existing integration and choose the destination integration, or select Create new integration to create one.
- If the destination integration has flow groups, select the flow group for the flow. If you don't select one, the flow is added to Unassigned.
- Select Next.
The flow is removed from its current integration and added to the destination integration in the flow group you selected.
What is not moved
- Integration-level settings — If the flow depends on settings defined at the integration level (above the flow), such as integration-wide settings or shared resources, recreate them in the destination integration.
- Flow group assignment — Flow groups belong to their integration, so the flow's group in the source integration doesn't carry over. Select a destination flow group during the move; otherwise, the flow is added to Unassigned, and you can assign it to any existing group in the destination integration afterward. See Organize flows and APIs into groups.
Standalone flows
Standalone flows (flows created without an integration, identifiable by integrations/none/flows in the URL) are no longer supported. Celigo automatically migrated existing standalone flows into an integration named Standalone Flows so that they continue to run. You can move a flow out of Standalone Flows into another integration the same way as any other flow.
If you see the error Standalone flows are no longer supported. Attach the flow to an integration, the flow is not attached to any integration and can't be managed until you attach it:
- Open the integration you want to attach the flow to, or create a new one.
- Select Actions (...) and then select Attach flows.
- Select the flow and attach it to the integration.
Note
If you still see the error after attaching the flow, contact Celigo Support.
