What’s enhanced
New mappings are added to sync transaction IDs
New mappings are added to the Shopify integration flows to sync the transaction ID to the NetSuite order, customer deposit, and refund records. The transaction ID is synced to the existing custom field (eTail Transaction ID) in the Order record > eTail tab. This field is packaged with the Shopify Integration App bundle. The Payout to Reconciliation Automation for NetSuite uses this transaction ID as an identifier to deposit transaction records to NetSuite and ensure that all the orders from the Shopify channel are deposited appropriately.
The following mappings are added to the following flows:
- Shopify order to NetSuite sales order (add)
- Shopify order to NetSuite cash sale (add)
- Shopify refund to NetSuite refund (add)
Export field (Shopify) |
Import field (NetSuite) |
sourceTransactionIds |
custbody_celigo_etail_transaction_ids OR <provide the custom field ID> |
And, for the Shopify transaction to NetSuite customer deposit (add) flow,
Export field (Shopify) |
Import field (NetSuite) |
capturedTransactionIds |
custbody_celigo_etail_transaction_ids OR <provide the custom field ID> |
Known limitation: The integration app doesn't sync the transaction ID for the NetSuite to Shopify integration flows.
What’s fixed
Consider mapping over settings to sync order taxes to NetSuite
When you sync the Shopify order to NetSuite, and if you add a tax code mapping (using a handlebar expression) to the order flows, the flow now considers the existing tax code mapping over the tax-related Settings. If you don’t add any mappings, the flow gives preference to the settings configured in the Settings > Order section > Tax tab.
