Troubleshoot “Celigo Product Bundle” not installed in NetSuite

Error: Celigo Product Bundle not installed in NetSuite. Please install and try again.

Reason: One or both required NetSuite SuiteApps are not installed/visible after a sandbox refresh, or the Celigo NetSuite Connector Utility Restlet is not released and deployed.

Resolution:

  1. Go to Customization > SuiteCloud Development > SuiteApp Marketplace

  2. Search and verify the Celigo Salesforce Integration App to confirm it is installed.

  3. Go to Customization > SuiteCloud Development > SuiteApps (Installed) and confirm the following SuiteApps in the Installed list:

    • Celigo Salesforce Connector [IO]

    • Celigo integrator.io: Integration Platform‑as‑a‑Service (iPaaS) on SuiteScript 2.0

  4. If only one SuiteApp is available, raise a NetSuite Support case and request help to install/enable the missing SuiteApp (ask for permission to re‑install in this account).

  5. If both SuiteApps exist but the error persists, check the utility script: Customization > Scripting > Scripts - Celigo NetSuite Connector Utility Restlet. Confirm:

    • Script Status = Released

    • At least one Deployment = Released, Audience includes the integration role

  6. Return to the integration app installer step: Install Salesforce SuiteApp in NetSuite and click Install.

    This issue commonly occurs after a NetSuite sandbox refresh.
