All article conventions follow Celigo technical style for consistency and clarity.

| Articles in this section | A menu that displays all the articles included in the selected section of the knowledge base. They appear to the left of the article on most screen resolutions. | |
| Avatar | Your avatar displays your image and, when selected, shows all your associated tickets, comments, and community posts. | |
| Bold | “Bolded” words create emphasis and reference the name of a button or resource in integrator.io. |
