Article conventions

All article conventions follow Celigo technical style for consistency and clarity.

Convention Description Example
Articles in this section A menu that displays all the articles included in the selected section of the knowledge base. They appear to the left of the article on most screen resolutions.
Avatar Your avatar displays your image and, when selected, shows all your associated tickets, comments, and community posts.
Bold “Bolded” words create emphasis and reference the name of a button or resource in integrator.io.

Breadcrumbs Breadcrumbs display your current location in the Help Center and display the hierarchy of documents in the section.
Created/updated date and author The name, image, and update day for the document.

Icons Icons are used sparingly to display a specific button a user should click. For example, the settings icon. Settings (gear) button
Jump links Links that open other articles or web pages in a new tab or window are designated by a jump link icon. Celigo

Naming Conventions

Trademarks are styled per the application’s branding guidelines NetSuite, BigCommerce, eBay
File types are always capitalized PDF, CSV, EDI
Proper nouns are always capitalized.
