You can install the ServiceNow – Jira cloud platform quickstart integration template from the integrator.io Marketplace (U.S. | EU).

Before you install

A. Create your Celigo iPaaS account

Sign up for an integrator.io account with administrative access.

B. Sign into your apps

Keep your ServiceNow and Jira cloud platform account credentials ready:

• ServiceNow – find your instance URL and verify credentials
  • Before you set up a ServiceNow connection below, ensure that you have the APIs and Authorization credentials for your ServiceNow app.
• Jira cloud platform – find your Base URI and verify credentials
  • Before you set up a Jira Cloud platform connection below, ensure that you have the APIs and authentication details for your Jira app.

Install the ServiceNow – Jira cloud platform template

1. From the ServiceNow Marketplace options, select the Jira cloud platform template and click Install.
2. Review the template’s contents and click Install now to begin.

Set up the connections and integrate with ServiceNow and Jira cloud platform

Next, you’re presented with setup options for ServiceNow and Jira cloud platform.

Step 1: Connect to Jira cloud platform

Click Configure to establish the Jira cloud platform connection. If you have already set up a connection to Jira cloud platform, select it from the list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your Jira cloud platform account credentials.

Click Save & close to test the connection and return to the template installation.

Step 2: Connect to ServiceNow

Click Configure to establish the ServiceNow connection. If you have already set up a connection to ServiceNow, select it from the list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your ServiceNow account credentials.

Click Save & close to test the connection and return to the template installation.
