What’s new
Track Amazon shipping discount as a line item using a NetSuite substitute item
A new NetSuite substitute item to track shipping discount setting is added to (Settings > Order (FBA/MFN) section > Orders tab). Select a NetSuite item in the setting to track shipping discounts and taxes for Amazon orders. In NetSuite, create an item of the "Discount" type and select the same in this setting. The order flow creates an order line with this item for the shipping discount amount and taxes. Ensure to select an item in the "NetSuite item to track Amazon Shipping amounts and taxes" setting, before you select a substitute item.
Note: If you use a discount item in the NetSuite discount item to track Amazon item discounts at line-level (recommended) and NetSuite substitute item to track shipping discount settings, then both the discount items should have a GL account added under the Accounting tab of the NetSuite item.
For more information, see Manage Amazon item discounts at line-level.
What’s enhanced
Amazon integrations are now compatible to integrate with the new Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)
Information: This enhancement is just an announcement and no user action is required.
The Celigo product team is migrating all the existing Amazon integrations for you (in phases starting from 15 April, 2022), by updating your integration to use the Amazon Hybrid Selling Partner API (SP-API and MWS) connection.
The change is applicable for the following sections of the Amazon - NetSuite integration app:
-
Orders (FBA/MFN)
- Amazon (MFN) Order to NetSuite Order Add
- Amazon (MFN) order to NetSuite order Add (on-demand sync)
- Amazon (FBA) Order to NetSuite Order Add
- Amazon (FBA) order to NetSuite order Add (on-demand sync)
- Settlements - Request Amazon Settlement Report List flow
- FBA Inventory Adjustments add-on flows
- FBA return management add-on flow
Note: The order flows and report-based integration flows will use the Amazon SP API.
Create Return Authorization from a cash sale in the FBA return management add-on
The FBA return management add-on is enhanced to create return authorization from a cash sale. The Lookup criteria to search matching cash sale or invoice in NetSuite setting is updated to support finding matching cash sales in NetSuite, along with invoices.
To create a return authorization from a cash sale, update the value in the Amazon (FBA) returns to NetSuite RA and item receipts flow mappings > Post return authorization bubble > Source record field (Amazon Seller Central) column to cashsale.

Note: In the Auto-Accessory category, the helmet subcategory is deprecated.
Create saved searches for multiple instances with the same Amazon account
If you install multiple Amazon accounts for the same marketplace from different integrations, the saved search names are prefixed with the last three digits of the integration ID.
Example:
- Account 1: US-1
- Account 2: [US_1]_last three-digit of the integration ID
- Account 3: US-1]_first and last three digits of the integration ID
What’s fixed
Consider the “Transaction Type” field on the journal entry to get non-transaction lines and avoid variance
The NetSuite Settlement Summary Record to NetSuite Journal Entry flow now considers the Transaction Type (custrecord_celigo_amzio_set_tran_type) field instead of the Transaction Type (Text) field on the NetSuite journal entry record. This is to ensure that no variance is created for non-transaction lines.
