Quickstart configure your integration app

Included in the July ’22 release While installing the Amazon – NetSuite integration app, you can set up your integration app by configuring the required settings using the Quickstart configuration window. On the Amazon – NetSuite integration app installation page, on the Quickstart configuration window, choose Configure now or Configure later.

What’s enhanced

Amazon integrations are now compatible to integrate with the new Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)

Information: This enhancement is just an announcement and no user action is required.

The Celigo product team is migrating all the existing Amazon integrations for you (in phases starting from 7 August 2022), by updating your integration to use the Amazon Hybrid Selling Partner API (SP-API and MWS) connection. The change is applicable for the following sections of the Amazon - NetSuite integration app:

• Fulfillment
• Inventory
• Pricing
• Product
• Transfer Order - InboundShipments add-on

Note: The changes are applicable only for the fresh installations of the integration app.

Track shipping discount as a line item using the “Amazon EU order tax custom flow” custom template

The “Amazon EU order tax custom flow” custom template is enhanced to update Amazon shipping discount as a line item using a NetSuite substitute item. The custom flow syncs an order line with this item for the shipping discount amount and taxes. 

Note: For this template, it is recommended to use the Amazon Hybrid Selling Partner API (SP-API and MWS) connection.

Product category template revised for the latest Amazon changes

Amazon has updated the product category template for the following categories with new fields for the US and Canada marketplaces. You can now map the newly added subcategory-related fields in the NetSuite Item to Amazon Product flow’s product mappings.
