Install the WooCommerce – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central quickstart integration template

You can install the WooCommerce – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Quickstart template from the integrator.io Marketplace ( US | EU).

Before you install

A. Create your Celigo iPaaS account

Sign up for an integrator.io account with administrative access.

B. Sign into your apps

Keep your WooCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account credentials ready:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – find your username and password
    • Before you set up a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection below, ensure that you have the environment name for your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central app.
    • Refer to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central help documentation to learn more about APIs and Authorization.
  • WooCommerce – find your consumer key and secret
    • Before you set up a WooCommerce connection below, ensure that you have the consumer key and secret details for your WooCommerce app.
    • Refer to the WooCommerce help documentation to learn more about APIs and Authorization.

Install the WooCommerce – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central template

  1. From the WooCommerce Marketplace options, select the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central template and click Install.
  2. Review the template’s contents and ReadMe and click Install now to begin.

Set up the connections and integrate with WooCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Next, you’re presented with setup options for WooCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Step 1: Connect to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Click Configure to establish the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection. If you have already set up a connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, select it from the list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account credentials.

Tip: Set your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection concurrency to 1. The concurrency level defines the maximum number of requests that a connection can run in parallel while emptying a single queue. This setting applies to all data flowing through a connection.

Click Save & close to test the connection and return to the template installation.

Step 1: Connect to WooCommerce

Click Configure to establish the WooCommerce connection. If you have already set up a connection to WooCommerce, select it from the list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your WooCommerce account credentials.

Click Save & close to test the connection and return to the template installation.
