The B2B Manager add-on B2B shipping label printing & cartonization offers an end-to-end cartonization and GS1-128 shipping label solution for NetSuite fulfillment flows. It combines a NetSuite SuiteApp with the Celigo integration platform to automate retail-compliant label generation for major trading partners.
The NetSuite Cartonization SuiteApp lets you define carton types (inner carton, outer carton, pallet), set dimensions and weight limits, and combine items into shipments. It generates SSCC-18 codes and triggers the label workflow, placing the single- or bulk-package PDFs into your NetSuite File Cabinet.
Your subscription comes with a specialized account with BarTender Cloud, including access to their label design templates.
Make sure your account subscriptions are in place before configuring the connection or printing labels.

Flows, BarTender Cloud endpoint |
The integration flows and the BarTender HTTP endpoint used by this solution do not count toward your platform license cost. Your Celigo representative will update your account and provide you with credentials to sign into BarTender Cloud. Celigo supplies prebuilt GS1 label templates for your trading partners and uploads them to your BarTender account. |
Once you’ve subscribed to the add-on, install the Celigo B2B Manager for EDI SuiteApp in your NetSuite account. The SuiteApp adds custom ASN Container records, a cartonization subtab, and label buttons to Item Fulfillment, and it generates Serial Shipping Container Code (SSCC) numbers.
Now, when you go to fulfill an ASN item, you will have options for Print Label, Create Pallet, and Create Pack, as described in Configure cartonization in NetSuite.
Label requests remain pending in NetSuite, ready for integration with your BarTender Cloud account. When you run a scheduled or on-demand flow, based on the Marketplace template NetSuite Cartonization and B2B Shipping Labels, it exports fulfillment data from NetSuite, transforming it based on trading partner requirements. The flow then requests vendor-compliant shipping labels from BarTender, uploading the finished labels to the NetSuite File Cabinet for your team to review, download, and print.
