Shopify – NetSuite integration app R3 release notes, July 2022

What’s new

New edition of the integration app: Shopify Markets edition

The Shopify Markets edition of Shopify – NetSuite integration app is introduced to support Shopify Markets. This edition of the integration app makes it easy for merchants to record the amounts customers paid in their books, rather than prices stored in the back end of Shopify.

For more information, see Understand the Shopify Markets edition of the Shopify - NetSuite integration app.

What’s enhanced

Support Shopify API version 2022-04

The integration app is upgraded to support the latest Shopify API version, from 2021-10 to 2022-04.

Track custom refund adjustments in NetSuite

A new setting NetSuite item to track custom refund adjustments is added to the Settings > Refund section > NetSuite to Shopify sub-tab. This setting allows you to select an item to track custom refund adjustments without returning the items. Be sure to create the item type in NetSuite as a non-inventory, payment or other change.

For more information, see Sync order refunds between Shopify and NetSuite.

Sync “compare at price” to Shopify

A new setting NetSuite price level to sync compare at price is added to the Settings > Product section. This setting allows you to sync the Shopify “compare at price” field value to NetSuite and supports scenarios where both the list price and sales price are stored at different price levels in NetSuite. For more information, see Sync NetSuite items as Shopify products.
