This article explains how to install the Concur Expense (Best Practice & Enhanced) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central quickstart integration template.
Before you install
A. Create your Celigo iPaaS account
Sign up for an integrator.io account with administrative access to install the Concur Expense (Best Practice & Enhanced) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central template.
B. Sign in to your Concur account
Follow the instructions in Initiate template installation from the SAP Concur App Center, before proceeding to install the template in your integrator.io account.
Find and install the Concur Expense (Best Practice & Enhanced) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central template from the marketplace
To install the Concur Expense (Best Practice & Enhanced) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central template:
- Navigate to integrator.io > Marketplace.
- From the available templates, select either Concur Expense or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Find the Concur Expense (Best Practice) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Concur Expense (Enhanced) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central template according to your business requirements and click Preview. The Install template page appears.
- Review the template’s contents and the ReadMe file, and click Install now to begin.
Set up the connections and integrate with Concur Expense (Best Practice & Enhanced) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
To install the integration, complete the following steps:
Step 1. Connect to Concur
Click to Configure the Enhanced or Best Practice Concur Expense connection.
After you successfully initiated this template installation, as described above in Initiate template installation from the SAP Concur App Center, a working connection to your Concur account was already created for you. In this case, choose Use existing connection and select the correct connection for the template you chose:
- Concur Expense (Best Practice): Concur Connect-EU-377-Celigo (Std) expense
- Concur Expense (Enhanced): Concur Connect-377-Celigo (Pro) expense
If you received an error while transferring from the Concur App Center and the connection is not available, instead create the connection manually during the installation, as follows:
- Click Set up new connection.
- Provide the Username and Password passed from Concur to integrator.io (see Question 2 in the template troubleshooting FAQs).
- Click Generate token.
- Test and save the connection.
Step 2. Connect to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Click Configure to set up the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection.
If you have already set up a connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, select Use existing connection and choose it from the Connection list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account credentials.
Step 3: Copy resources now from the template zip
Click Install to create all four flows in your application.
