Utilizing Multiple Search Terms in the Product Flow When Converting from the SuiteScript Integration App to the Amazon IO Integration App

Issue:

This will only apply to customers converting from the Amazon-NetSuite Integration App (SuiteScript version) to the Amazon IO Integration App. When the original Integration App was setup, five search term fields were created. Therefore, only five search terms could be sent to Amazon for an item in the Product Export.

In Product mapping in the Amazon IO Integration App, there is only one field for "Search Terms".

Resolution:

Use the "Search Terms" field to support multiple search terms. Separate the search terms with a comma and space. Up to 1000 characters can be sent to Amazon in the 'Search Terms' field.

On Amazon, the search terms will not be reflected in different search-terms boxes, but items are able to be searched using the different search terms provided.

It is recommended that multiple search terms are mapped to one Search Terms field and that they are separated by a comma and a space (as in the image above).

There is a limitation of 1000 characters but any number of search terms can be used (not limited to the five in this example).
