Can I change my Shopify connection after it is installed? |
|
The Shopify Integration App does not allow you to change the Shopify and/or NetSuite connection once it's installed. The reason is that we register order and product webhooks in your store during installation. If you change it, your integration will become corrupted. The ideal solution would be to install another copy of the integration to switch the Shopify connection. ImportantThe Replace Connection setting is intended for same-store scenarios only, for example, swapping to a secondary NetSuite connection for the same Shopify store. Do not use it to point to a different Shopify store, as this causes integration errors and unexpected behavior. If you want to sync a different Shopify store, uninstall the current store and reinstall using the new Shopify account. During installation, select Clone an existing Shopify store at the last step to carry over mappings and settings from your existing store. To uninstall the current store:
You will need to uninstall the “NetSuite connection status” and the “Shopify Store”. |
