Use the Move action to transfer a flow from one integration to another.
Prerequisites: You need manage access on both the source and destination integration to move a flow.
- Go to the integration that contains the flow you want to move. Make sure you're on the Flows tab.
- Click the Actions icon for the flow, then click Move.
- In the drawer that opens, select Move to existing integration and choose the destination from the dropdown. To create a new integration instead, select Create new integration.
- If the destination integration has flow groups, select one. Otherwise, the flow is added to Unassigned.
- Click Next. The flow is removed from its current integration and added to the destination.
Note: Move is not available for flows in integration apps or for users with read-only access. Move requires manage access on both the source and destination integration. The Standalone flows integration cannot be selected as a destination.
- If you're looking to make a copy of a flow within another integration, see Clone integrations and flows.
- Flow-level settings are preserved during this process.
- All settings for steps within the flow (such as export and import configurations) are also preserved.
- If the flow depends on settings defined at the integration level (above the flow), you must recreate these settings in the new integration.
- The flow is added to the flow group you select during the Move action. If the destination integration has no flow groups, the flow is added to Unassigned.
