The Celigo platform enables you, as an owner or admin, to control how users sign in to your account and who is allowed to invite other users.
Authenticate users
You can streamline the sign-in process and ensure that users of your account have security protocols in place.
Grant invitation permission to non-admins
Enable the Invitations feature to authorize non-admins to invite others to an integration. It's enabled by default in new accounts.
The Invitations permission can be very helpful for collaboration and efficient integration management. A non-admin with the:
- Monitor role in an integration can invite others to the integration with the same (monitor) permissions.
- Manage role in an integration can invite others to the integration with less than or equal (monitor or manage) permissions.
Enable or disable the Invitations feature
If the feature is not enabled in your account (that is, it's grayed out), you can enable it:
- At the top right of the Celigo platform, click your profile picture (avatar) to view the account settings.
- Click Security in the list.
- In the left pane of the Security tab, click Invitations.
- Enable Invitations.
What changes when the setting is on or off

| Enabled | Non-admins can invite new users from the Errors list and from the Users tab in an integration. |
| Disabled | Non-admins cannot assign errors or invite new users from the Errors list, and the Invite user option is not shown in the Users tab of an integration. |
