Urgent: Update role permissions for your NetSuite bundle

As of March 5, 2024, all customers must update role permissions for any role with access to the Celigo NetSuite bundle. Your relevant roles must have full access to the Custom Record Entries permissions. To perform this update:

Note: You must make this change to every user role with access to the Celigo NetSuite bundle.

1. Sign into your NetSuite account.
2. In the top menu, navigate to Setup → Users/Roles → Manage Roles.
3. Navigate to your specific role(s).
4. At the bottom menu, click Permissions → Lists.
5. Add the permission type Custom Record Entries and give them Full permission.
6. Save your changes.
