Sync organizations and customers (bi-directional)
The Organization & Customer flow sync NetSuite Customers as Zendesk Organizations whenever a new Customer is created or updated in NetSuite. The flow is bi-directional and can be configured to sync Zendesk Organizations as NetSuite Customers whenever a new Organization is created or updated in Zendesk .
- The flow can be configured to trigger the sync on the create operation, the update operation, or both.
- The flow can be configured to run in one direction (NetSuite to Zendesk Support or Zendesk Support to Netsuite) or bi-directionally.
NetSuite to Zendesk flows in real-time. Zendesk to NetSuite flows is batch. The frequency of running the batch flows can be configured.

When the record is updated in NetSuite, the updated record is exported to Zendesk in real-time.
An organization created in Zendesk is imported into NetSuite as a customer. The data transfer is triggered through a batch flow in integrator.io.
Create an organization in Zendesk.
Provide name and domain
An organization is created with email, phone, and fax numbers.
Go to the Integrator and click Settings > Organization Sync > check Sync all Zendesk Organizations as NetSuite Customers checkbox and click Save.
In the dashboard, go to Flows and run the "Zendesk organization to NetSuite customer Add" flow.
Observe the flow is successful and data is exported successfully.
Go to NetSuite and locate the Organization (Customer)
The Zendesk internal ID is also visible in the record for reference.
