In Zendesk, there are fields in the top left corner of Organizations known as Organization Keys.
We can map these fields in the Zendesk Support integration app by using the following IDs:
- Tags - text field
organization.tags - Domains - text field
organization.domains - Group - picklist, enter the ID of the group
organization.group - Users - conditional boolean field. values are 0 or 1. The subfield is the comments with boolean values 0 and 1.
organization.shared_tickets
organization.shared_comments - Details - text field
organization.details - Notes - text field
organization.notes
In the integrator.io, configure the Add and Update dataflow mappings for the Organization as follows:
