Set up the ECGrid account for your VAN connection

Celigo utilizes the value-added network (VAN) service through ECGrid. The ECGrid portal is the web interface for ECGrid, the VAN service that Celigo uses to send and receive electronic data interchange (EDI) documents with your trading partners. When you create a VAN connection in integrator.io, Celigo sets up an ECGrid account (VAN service portal) for you. You must then:

Log in to your ECGrid account

If you're the account owner, you will receive an email from Celigo to complete the VAN setup on ECGrid. It will provide the login URL and credentials to access your account.

Important

After a VAN connection is saved, the account owner must check for an email from Celigo in their inbox. The email provides login details and references this article to configure the ECGrid and complete the VAN setup.

View your ECGrid account (Mailbox)

After you log in, view the settings in the Details and My Connections tabs in your ECGrid account mailbox.

Note

When you have a single mailbox, you can directly access the tabs in the configuration panel. Later, if you have more than one mailbox, say, one for production and another for sandbox or testing, then in the left pane, go to Mailboxes and select the appropriate mailbox.
