Set up the ECGrid account for your VAN connection

Celigo utilizes the value-added network (VAN) service through ECGrid. The ECGrid portal is the web interface for ECGrid, the VAN service that Celigo uses to send and receive electronic data interchange (EDI) documents with your trading partners. The account owner must check for an email from Celigo in their inbox. The email provides login details and references this article to configure the ECGrid and complete the VAN setup.

Configure your EDI account

The setup and configuration of your ECGrid account has the following steps:

  2. Set up trading partnerships
  3. Test sending and receiving files over AS2.

Step 1: Create EDI IDs

You have to configure EDI IDs to receive and send data between integrator.io and ECGrid. Defining your EDI ID here is a required first step before you can set up trading partnerships (TPs). Your EDI ID is then associated with your account mailbox.
