Set up a connection to Zoho Inventory

Zoho Inventory is a cloud-based inventory management software designed to help businesses manage their inventory, sales, and purchasing processes.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Name your connection * 

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

Scopes * 

Scopes are OAuth 2.0 permissions that Zoho Inventory defines to limit access to your account.

How to configure scopes 

Region * 

Select your Zoho Inventory account region:

  • Europe: if your account URL is https://www.zohoapis.eu/inventory/

  • India: if your account URL is https://www.zohoapis.in/inventory/

  • United States: if your account URL is https://www.zohoapis.com/inventory/

  • China: if your account URL is https://www.zohoapis.com.cn/inventory/

  • Canada: if your account URL is https://www.zohoapis.ca/inventory/

  • Australia: if your account URL is https://www.zohoapis.com.au/inventory/

  • Saudi Arabia: if your account URL is https://www.zohoapis.sa/inventory/

  • Japan: if your account URL is https://www.zohoapis.jp/inventory/

Organization ID *

Enter your Zoho Inventory organization ID.

How to configure scopes

  1. Click Scope.

  2. To access all of the scopes in the API, click the » button.

    – or – 

    Check the scopes you want to add and click the > button.

  3. Click Save.

How to retrieve the organization ID

  1. Sign into your Zoho Inventory admin console.

  2. Navigate to Organization nameManage Organizations.

  3. Copy the Organization ID.
