Set up a connection to Amazon Business

Amazon Business is a marketplace tailored for businesses of all sizes, offering access to millions of products with business-only pricing, quantity discounts, and flexible payment options.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Name your connection * 

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

Region * 

Select your Amazon Business account region:

  • North America: if your account URL is https://business.amazon.com/ or https://business.amazon.ca/

  • Europe: if your account URL is https://business.amazon.co.uk/ or https://business.amazon.de/ or https://business.amazon.fr/ or https://business.amazon.es/ or https://business.amazon.it/

  • Japan: if your account URL is https://business.amazon.co.jp/

Marketplace *

Select your Amazon Business account marketplace region:

  • North America: if your account URL is https://business.amazon.com/

  • Canada: https://business.amazon.ca/

  • Europe: if your account URL is https://business.amazon.co.uk/ 

  • Germany: if your account URL is https://business.amazon.de/

  • France: if your account URL is https://business.amazon.fr/ 

  • Spain: if your account URL is  https://business.amazon.es/

  • Italy:if your account URL is https://business.amazon.it/

  • Japan:if your account URL is https://business.amazon.co.jp/

ID *

Enter your Amazon Business application ID.

How to retrieve the application ID

OAuth 2.0 client * 

Select the OAuth 2.0 client that stores the client ID and client secret provided to you by Amazon Business.

How to retrieve the client ID, client secret, and application ID

  1. Sign in to Solution provider portal with your Amazon Business credentials.

  2. Click Add new app client. For detailed information, see Create your app client.

  3. Enter an App name.

  4. In API type, select SP API.

  5. In App type, choose Production.

  6. In Business entities supported, choose Amazon Business.

  7. Select an Application role. For more information, see Amazon Business API roles .

  8. Enter Celigo Redirect URL.

  9. Click Save and exit.

  10. Navigate to the Solution provider portal home page.

  11. From App name, copy the Application ID.

  12. Click View and navigate to LWA credentials.

  13. Copy the Client ID.

  14. Copy the Client secret.
