Note: This document is not applicable for v2 (SuiteScript Connector) real-time flows.
The following table represents the current status of real-time flows in NetSuite or Salesforce sandbox and the actions that are to be performed before/after performing a NetSuite or Salesforce sandbox refresh.
Save metadata for real-time flows created before 4.6.2
Note: You must manually perform the steps mentioned in the table for each real-time flow.
Refresh a disabled flow
- Go to integrator.io.
- On the homepage, find your integration tile.
- In the tile, find your disabled flow.
- Enable the flow.
- From either your NetSuite or Salesforce account, refresh your sandbox.
Flows created before 4.6.2 | Actions to be performed |

Disabled Flow | First, enable the flow and then disable the flow. Perform NetSuite/Salesforce Sandbox refresh; then enable the flow. You can disable the flow again to preserve its state. |
Enabled Flow | First, disable the flow. Perform Salesforce or NetSuite sandbox refresh; then enable the flow. |
Flows created After 4.6.2 | Actions to be performed |
Disabled Flow | Perform Salesforce or NetSuite sandbox refresh; then enable the flow, and then disable it to maintain its disable state. |
Enabled Flow | Disable the flow; then perform the NetSuite or Salesforce sandbox refresh, and then enable the flow. |
