Keep your metadata when you refresh your Salesforce sandbox

Note: This document is not applicable for v2 (SuiteScript Connector) real-time flows.

The following table represents the current status of real-time flows in NetSuite or Salesforce sandbox and the actions that are to be performed before/after performing a NetSuite or Salesforce sandbox refresh.

Save metadata for real-time flows created before 4.6.2

Note: You must manually perform the steps mentioned in the table for each real-time flow.

Refresh a disabled flow 

  1. Go to integrator.io.  
  2. On the homepage, find your integration tile.
  3. In the tile, find your disabled flow.
  4. Enable the flow.
  5. From either your NetSuite or Salesforce account, refresh your sandbox.  
Flows created before 4.6.2 Actions to be performed
Disabled Flow First, enable the flow and then disable the flow. Perform NetSuite/Salesforce Sandbox refresh; then enable the flow. You can disable the flow again to preserve its state.
Enabled Flow First, disable the flow. Perform Salesforce or NetSuite sandbox refresh; then enable the flow.
Flows created After 4.6.2 Actions to be performed
Disabled Flow Perform Salesforce or NetSuite sandbox refresh; then enable the flow, and then disable it to maintain its disable state.
Enabled Flow Disable the flow; then perform the NetSuite or Salesforce sandbox refresh, and then enable the flow.
