Sync a Big Commerce Order with a International Shipping Address

Problem: When an order with an international shipping address is imported from Big Commerce via the Integration App, a US tax form is assigned instead of the corresponding country.

Solution: The integrator.io bundle should be updated. There are two mappings that must be added.

  1. Please check that the integrator.io bundle is updated. 
  2. Next, add these two mappings:
    Export field (BigCommerce) Import field (NetSuite)
    "shipaddresslist,entiry,shipcountry" celigo_initializeValues
    "cust" Ship To Select (Name)
  3. Once those mappings have been added, please try the order import again. If the same issue occurs, create a support ticket.
