Sync NetSuite customers to Salesforce accounts

The NetSuite Customer to Salesforce Account is a real-time flow synchs NetSuite customers to Salesforce accounts.

  1. If a NetSuite customer is added, the flow checks if the account already exists in Salesforce. If not, the customer is created as a Salesforce account. By default, only customers of the type Company are synched.
  2. If the account exists in Salesforce, the customer information is updated in the account. 

Sync your NetSuite customer to Salesforce account

  1. From your homepage, open the Salesforce – NetSuite Connector (IO) integration app.
  2. Go to Flows > Accounts.
  3. Turn on the "NetSuite Customer to Salesforce Account" flow using the toggle switch.
  4. In your NetSuite account, add a customer or update an existing one. For more information on how to add or update a customer, see the NetSuite documentation for the Contact field.

Define your criteria for customer sync

  1. Sign in to integrator.io and click the Salesforce - NetSuite Connector (IO) tile.
  2. Go to Flows > Accounts.
  3. Click the Settings icon that corresponds to the "NetSuite Customer to Salesforce Account" flow.
  4. Click the Qualification criteria button.
  5. Add values to set your own criteria for triggering the flow.
  6. Click Save.

Tip: Strings evaluated in the Field-specific qualification criteria filter should not be enclosed in single or double quotation marks, even if they contain a space, hyphen, or extended character.
