From Settings > Opportunity, there are sub-tabs for Opportunity, Notes and Files, Team selling.
Opportunity and Order
- Allow Opportunity updates to approved Sales Orders: Enable this checkbox to sync Salesforce Opportunity updates to NetSuite sales orders after the sales order is in the Pending Approval status.
- Allow Order updates to approved Sales Orders: Enable this checkbox to sync Salesforce Order updates to NetSuite sales orders after the sales order is in the Pending Approval status.
- Sync account with opportunity: Check this checkbox to sync opportunities along with accounts when you run the “Salesforce Opportunity to NetSuite Sales Order Add/update” flow.
- Select lookup field to be synced as NetSuite customer: Select the lookup field from the dropdown which is synced as a customer in NetSuite customer.
Notes and Files
- Sync opportunity enhanced Notes to NetSuite sales order: Check this checkbox to sync enhanced Notes to NetSuite Sales Order. If the checkbox is unchecked, the Salesforce opportunity will not sync to NetSuite Sales Order as enhanced Notes.
- Sync opportunity notes to NetSuite sales order: Check this checkbox to sync all opportunity notes from Salesforce to NetSuite Sales Order > Communication > User Notes.
- Sync opportunity attachments to NetSuite sales order: Check this checkbox to sync all opportunity attachments from Salesforce to NetSuite Sales Order > Communication > Files.
- Sync opportunity files to NetSuite sales order: Check this checkbox to sync all opportunity files from Salesforce to NetSuite Sales Order > Communication > Files.
- Sync order files to NetSuite sales order: Check this checkbox to sync all the order files from Salesforce to NetSuite sales order.
- Sync opportunity DocuSign to NetSuite sales order:Check this checkbox to sync all opportunity DocuSign(Attachments) from Salesforce to NetSuite Sales Order > Communication > Files.
- Sync opportunity EchoSign to NetSuite sales order:Check this checkbox to sync all opportunity EchoSign(Attachments) from Salesforce to NetSuite Sales Order > Communication > Files.
Team selling
- Enable team selling: Check this box to sync opportunity teams with opportunity splits using the "Salesforce Opportunity to NetSuite Sales Order" flow. Along with this setting, check the Sync all Team Members box to sync team members with 0% contribution. By default, this setting is unchecked. When you check this box, additional settings are visible/enabled.
- Select revenue split type or custom split type: Select a revenue opportunity split type or a custom split type whose total contribution % associated with the opportunity team is 100%. The opportunity split % of the selected split type is synced as contribution % to the team members with the "sales rep" role.
- Select overlay split type or custom split type: Select an overlay opportunity split type or a custom split type whose total contribution % associated with the opportunity team might exceed 100%. The opportunity split % of the selected split type is synced as contribution % to the team members with a "non-sales rep" role.
- Sync team members with 0% contribution: Check this box to sync the team members with 0% opportunity in the opportunity team using the "Salesforce Opportunity to NetSuite Sales Order" flow. By default, this setting is unchecked. Example: If you have 5 team members and only 3 members have contribution%. Check this box to sync the remaining 2 members to the NetSuite sales team.
- Sync sales teams from NetSuite to Salesforce: Check this box to sync the NetSuite sales teams to the Salesforce opportunity teams using the "NetSuite Sales Order to Salesforce Opportunity" flow. If you disable this setting, the sales team information is not synced from NetSuite to Salesforce.
