Sync opportunity and account using the Salesforce order flow

To sync the Salesforce accounts to NetSuite customers, run the “Salesforce Account to NetSuite customer Add/update” flow. To sync the Salesforce opportunities to NetSuite sales orders, run the “Salesforce Opportunity to NetSuite Sales Order Add/update” flow. You can find the above-mentioned flows in the Flows > Account and Flows > Opportunity sections.

Additionally, using the “Salesforce Opportunity to NetSuite Sales Order Add/update” flow, you can also sync the Salesforce accounts to NetSuite customers by bypassing the “Salesforce Account to NetSuite customer Add/update”flow.

In the Settings > Opportunity,

  • Sync account with opportunity: Check this checkbox to sync the Salesforce account to NetSuite.
  • Select lookup field to be synced as NetSuite Customer: Select the account field from the account reference fields list to which you want to map as a NetSuite customer.

Important:
  • If the Sync account with opportunity checkbox is unchecked, you can’t sync the customers in NetSuite using the Opportunity flow.
  • The mappings are updated to reflect the account field in the reverse flow as well.
