Set up a connection to Zoho Mail

Zoho Mail is a web-based email service provider that offers a suite of online office tools and software. It allows users to create and manage email accounts for their domain and also includes features like calendar, contacts, and task management.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Name your connection * 

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

Region * 

Select your Zoho Mail account region:

  • United States: if your account URL is https://www.mail.zoho.com

  • Europe: if your account URL is https://www.mail.zoho.uk

  • India: if your account URL is https://www.mail.zoho.in

  • Australia: if your account URL is https://www.mail.zoho.com.au

  • Japan: if your account URL is https://www.mail.zoho.jp

  • Canada: if your account URL is https://www.mail.zoho.ca

  • Saudi Arabia: if your account URL is https://www.mail.zoho.sa

Scopes * 

Scopes are OAuth 2.0 permissions that Zoho Mail defines to limit access to your account.

How to configure scopes

  1. Click Scope.

  2. To access all of the scopes in the API, click the » button.

    – or – 

    Check the scopes you want to add and click the > button.

  3. Click Save.

Save and authorize

  1. Click Save and authorize to commit your changes and proceed to sign in with Zoho Mail.

  2. After signing in, review the permissions for the integration and click Accept.
