What’s not supported
- The order, opportunity, and item fulfillment records created in V2 will not get updated by IO.
- Run V2 flows and IO flows parallelly for orders and opportunities for a brief period depending on the nature of your business and the velocity of updates.
- Do not test unsupported flows in IO if you haven’t turned them off in the Salesforce - NetSuite V2 integration app.

- Add discounts on an Opportunity record using a custom “Discount Item” field in Salesforce.
- To sync “Discount Item,” data, you’ll need to run the Discount flow.

- Select the discount item from the list of NetSuite discount items.
