This article explains how to install the Extensiv – NetSuite quickstart integration template.

Before you install

A. Create your Celigo iPaaS account

To install the Extensiv – NetSuite template, sign up for an integrator.io account with administrative access.

B. Enable SuiteTalk (web services) and SuiteScript

Log in to your NetSuite account and complete the following tasks to prepare the account for installing the required NetSuite bundle:

  1. Go to Setup > Company > Enablefeatures > Company.

  2. Under Datamanagement, select the Filecabinet.

  3. Under SuiteCloud, select Customrecords, ClientSuiteScript, ServerSuiteScript, and Webservices.

  4. Click Save.

Find and install the Extensiv – NetSuite template from the marketplace

To install the Extensiv – NetSuite template:

  1. Navigate to integrator.io > Marketplace.

  2. From the available templates, select either Extensiv or NetSuite.

  3. Find the Extensiv – NetSuite template and click Preview. The Installtemplate page appears.

  4. Review the template’s contents and the ReadMe file, and click Installnow to begin. The Installintegration page appears.

Set up the connections and integrate with Extensiv and NetSuite

To install the integration, complete the following steps.

Step 1. Connect to Extensiv

Click Configure to set up the Extensiv connection.

If you have already set up a connection to 3PL Central, select Use existing connection and choose it from the Connection list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your Extensiv account credentials.

Step 2. Connect to NetSuite

Click Configure to set up the NetSuite automatic token-based auth or manual token-based auth connection.

If you have already set up a connection to NetSuite, select Use existing connection and choose it from the Connection list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your NetSuite account credentials.

Step 3. Install NetSuite integrator bundle

Click Install to install the NetSuite integrator bundle. The setup page detects whether this integration bundle is already installed with the NetSuite connection that you provided. The NetSuite custom bundle (ID 326983) contains custom fields and saved searches tailored for this template. If it cannot be confirmed, you are redirected to NetSuite where you can install the bundle as follows:

  1. Sign in to your NetSuite account.

  2. From the Customization menu, select SuiteBundler > Searchandinstallbundles.

  3. Enter the bundle ID 326983 into the Keywords field, and click Search.

  4. Select this bundle, and click Install.

  5. After the Celigo Integrator bundle is successfully installed in your NetSuite account, switch back to the browser window with your integrator.io account.

  6. Click Verifynow.

The integrator bundle status changes to “Installed.”

Step 4. Copy resources now from template zip

Click Install to create all 7 flows in your application.
