CAM (IO) - NetSuite release notes v 3.4.1.0, June 2020

What's fixed

  • The issue that didn’t allow you to expand the transactions on the CAM Dashboard is now fixed. In your NetSuite account, if you are not using the multi-currency feature, you can now expand the transactions on the CAM Dashboard.
  • In your NetSuite account, if the subsidiary name has a special character “comma (,)” and a “space”, you will now get the correct class on the payment record.
  • In NetSuite, in the “Advanced Search for Customers” feature, you can now customize the values of the “max pattern length” and “distance” fields as per the customer names. The default values of “max pattern length” and “distance” fields are 32 and 100 respectively. If you have lengthy customer names, you can update the field values as per your business needs.
In NetSuite, you can update the values in the “Celigo Cash App Rule” custom record, for the “Bank File to NetSuite” flow.
    • To update the values:
      • Max pattern length: maximum number of characters of the bank customer name.
      • distance*threshold: maximum number of characters in the NetSuite customer name.
To access the custom record, navigate to Cash Application Manager > Records > Celigo Cash App Rule.

Now, edit the record [flow based] and update the values as needed in the FUZZY SEARCH CONFIG for the "max pattern length" and "distance" fields.
