Auto-application support for all the payment types

The auto-application feature is now enhanced to support all the payment types such as checks, ACH, and mixed payments. This enhancement auto-applies the transactions for which the customer is identified, but the invoices are not available in the bank file.

Auto-Apply when the Transaction Amount equals Open Invoice amounts total

The new setting Auto-apply on Open Invoices Total in NetSuite allows the auto-application feature to be applicable only if the transaction amount is equal to the invoice amount total of the identified customer. This feature works specific to the options available in the bank file and is used to filter the transactions based on the currency, subsidiary, AR account.

Match Rate of your Transactions report

A new saved search is added to fetch a report that shows the number of transactions in each status after the initial CAM processing is done. It provides details to understand the match rate of CAM and work with us to constantly improve the rate.

Consider invoice open amount to create a journal entry 

The logic to make a transaction eligible for journal entry creation is now enhanced to consider the invoice open amount in NetSuite along with the amount available in the bank file. This will extend the support to create a journal entry for Wires and ACH payments as well along with checks.

Support transaction memo for MT940 files 

In the wire transactions from the bank, the transaction memo field holds the details of the payer, remittance, and other information that is used to create payments. In the past, the transaction memo field used to show data only for the BAI2 wire transfers. The product is now enhanced to show the memo data from MT940 files as well.

Added new column to show the remaining amount in the Overpaid Transactions report

A new column “Amount Remaining” is added to the Overpaid Transactions report. This column helps you to know the remaining funds that are not utilized by any invoice.

Support to create 3rd party transactions with the new logic

As part of v3.3, you can create 3rd party transactions with new logic. This logic is made default in the product and based on the feedback we received from the Users, this logic is now being controlled using a setting.

Increased limit for customer advanced search

The customer advanced search uses the Fuzzy logic and identifies the customers based on the name. If a direct match is not found, it then searches with a similar name, The limit for fetching the results is increased from 2000 to 8000.
