Your Celigo subscription determines which features and entitlements are available in your integrator.io account. This article explains how to view your subscription, upgrade your subscription, and provides a brief explanation of what each feature does.
Prerequisites: Only an account owner or administrator can view subscription details.
Manage your subscription details and upgrade your account
Review plan details such as status, expiration date, and customer success plan.
- Go to Account
, and then select Subscription. If the multi-environment feature is available in your account, then select the environment from the top of page to view the subscription.
- Review your plan details, including available premium features.
Features & entitlements available in your account vary based on your subscription plan. At any time, you can select Request upgrade to request more features or entitlements within the platform. For entitlements usage information, see Account subscriptions and entitlements overview.
Note: In legacy production and sandbox accounts, a change in one environment affects both, because the two environments share the same underlying resources. For the full explanation of which resources are shared and how to migrate to a multi-environment license, see Multiple environments overview.
